I like the design of the giraffe head which allows a more accurate measurement. The only issue is that the adhesive is so strong that seems like it will damage the dry wall. I was able to resolve this with some Double-Sided Tape I bought on Amazon which has one side being the same strength as Painter's Tape.

This is such a cute product however the adhesive to the back is not that strong so I had to add double sided tape, also the giraffes head is too heavy and the magnet is not strong enough for it to remain upright so I had to keep it upside down wen not in use .

Okay, you get what you pay for. If I paid a lot for this, it would be getting a low rating. But, for the price, it gets a 4 star rating from me. The adhesive is not incredibly strong - but I wouldn't want it to be so strong it tears my wall apart when and if I decide to move it. I'm not certain how durable it will be, but for $16 who expects it to last 100 years? The biggest downside for me was that the ruler is off. I got out a measuring tape and corrected the foot placement, but the inches are still going to be slightly inaccurate. But, hey, this is just to measure the grandkids each summer so they can see how much they've grown, so I don't have to have them down to the millimeter. Plus, it goes to 6 feet, which I needed since my 11 year-old decided to sprout past 5 feet!

This product is very cute but does not stick on the wall. The thing that bums me out the most is that the marker wipes off. I bought this to record my kids height and I thought the marker would stay on the chart. If I wanted to just measure my kids I would do that with a tape measure.

The main problem I faced with this product is with the magnetic effect of the giraffe head. It’s supposed to be strong enough to attach to the scale but it keeps falling. Very poor magnet quality. Two stars just for the stickers and design that my kid liked.

The design of the height ruler is very cute, and it came with some wall stickers for decoration. However, the adhesion of the ruler is not very strong. The piece which has the 3D giraffe attached to fell on the floor in the first day of the installation. Pros: * nice package * cute design and high quality prints Cons: * weak adhesion * If using the marker that came with the package to write on the ruler, the writing can be erased easily . It defeats the purpose of recording the height of my kid's growth.

bought this for a gift. The granddaughter loves giraffes. Probably thinks they are dinosaurs as she loves those too.
