Make sure of contacts
If you do use these, especial with 220V, make sure the contacts between the male and female. If not you will end up with a spark that will melt the adapter to whatever plugs into it. Or worse, it could cause a fire, so be careful and make sure all contacts are nice and snug.

Just what we needed.
Used this in combination with a step down converter to be able to connect a 110 AC into a 220 outlet…

Works but not sturdy
After getting my hands on this I wished I had read the description and some of the reviews more closely. To be fair it works fine though receptacle side doesn’t feel like it’s getting firm connection on a 2 prong 110v plug. Just be aware that: - it is not certified by any safety organization like UL, CE, etc. - it looks and feels cheap. - I’ll only use occasionally and for a low amperage application so I won’t bother returning but would definitely return otherwise. - it should be obvious but reviews indicate not everyone understands so I just have to say, THIS IS NOT A VOLTAGE CONVERTER!!! It’s a wiring converter that allows bridging compatible voltage across incompatible plug types. If you use this to plug a 110v device into 220v supply (or the reverse) unpleasant and even deadly things will happen.
