Loved the fact that the tablets arrived before the expected delivery date and in an eco-friendly glass bottle instead of plastic! I have only been taking the supplements for a few days but I feel slightly more awake during the day which is good - I'd need to test them out for longer to hopefully see more noticeable positive changes I think. I bought these because of the glass bottle and because, from what I've researched, glycinate capsules are the most absorbed type of magnesium supplement (unlike oxide and citrate) and doesn't give you diarrhoea like cheaper citrate capsules might. There are also no bulking agents like magnesium stearate or maltodextrin which is a massive plus, and being made in the UK I trusted the manufacturing process and labelling a lot more and was comforted by the fact these didn't have to be flown in from abroad (contributing massively to carbon emissions). My only complaint would be that I wish there was more capsules in the bottle as they are quite expensive and you only get 90 in the bottle. I've been taking 1 a day to try to make them last longer but I think I'd have better results if I took 2 or 3 a day (the bottle suggests taking 1-3 a day).

Really helps with sleep. Changed to this product after taking a different one which had other forms of magnesium and I find this is the right one for me to aid sleep and muscle cramps.

I have been taking this for over 6 months to help sleep and muscle soreness, it’s been very effective. I recently had to switch to another brand due to Barefoot being out of stock and it underlined how pleasant these are to swallow with no aftertaste. They are are reasonable size but, because of the capsule, are more easily swallowed.

These are an excellent magnesium supplement. Good quality and strength. Customer service excellent.
