A: Wheat flour, buckwheat, tapioca starch, salt and water. I can’t eat because of the wheat. If I had know this I would not have ordered

Noodles generally have a very, very long shelf life (15 years), and these are X-ray soba. How on earth would you not eat the whole package within weeks of opening it? Best chilled noodle I’ve had all summer.
