My friend shipped it to me with other items I purchased. Review: IS Not the OEM for 2006 Ford F-150 - This is not the OEM for a 2006 Ford F-150. It fits the slot but the controls are backwards when operating. To control the driver mirror you must turn the knob to the right towards the passenger side. To control the up, down, left, & right features you must turn the knob in the opposite direction. I found out after having it installed. It looks nice and fits but it is not the OEM from Ford.
