NOTE: Angelica archangelica is a very low oil plant. It takes an acre of flowers (THIS OIL IS SUPPOSED TO BE MADE FROM THE ROOT) to produce just one ounce of oil. In order to help conserve our planet’s natural resources and provide you with this coveted oil we are please(yes, no ‘d’) to present this Essence of Angelica Root Oil”Ummm. What the heck does that even mean? So I have no clue what is actually in this bottle at all, and they are using false environmental concern to rip me off? Angelica Root essential oil is actuall pretty affordable, so I felt okay trying this product through Amazon. Nope. Not doing that again. There comes a time that I may need to euthanize a pet betta fish and using clove oil is the best humane way to do it. I dont want my betta to experience more suffering so adding a few drops of clove oil to water then shake to mix the clove oil in the water is best. Then just add a fee drops at a time to make the fish to fall asleep. Then once asleep add more to finish the deed and leave the fish in the solution for 30 minutes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I used it to euthanize an aquarium fish and it worked well. *by J*** on Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2020* I fully acknowledge that this review is going to be out there for the product and most people will not use it like I did, but this is for the 1% of people who are in the situation I was in, with a fish that is clearly in pain (she had advanced scoliosis) and wanting a method that is as humane as possible. For those not in the know, clove oil is a natural anesthetic and is used by aquarists to humanely euthanize fish because it painlessly kills them by paralyzing their gills and causing them to quickly lose consciousness from lack of oxygen to the brain. They just go to sleep peacefully. This very much worked for that and my fish's passing was quick and painless.
