L’Oréal Paris Advanced Hairstyle BLOW DRY IT Quick Dry Primer Spray 4.2 fl; oz.

Let me start off by saying that I typically use Kenra Platinum Blow dry Spray on my hair and I love it. There is nothing wrong with the kenra spray except for the same problem there is with all professional salon hair products- they are expensive. Especially if you're like me and regularly use a number of different products. And since we are currently in a pandemic, I went on a hunt to find a product that would cost me less $$$ and hopefully work almost as well as the kenra. That's when I stumbled across this product (thanks to its many positive amazon reviews). And I'm so glad I did! I was blown away by how well this product works for such an incredibly low price. I mean, I can buy 6 bottles of this for the price of one bottle of the kenra spray. Which means I dont have to use it sparingly and it still wont cost me hella money. Aside from the reviews, one of the main reasons I decided to try this product rather than one of the many other cheap blowdry sprays, is because I know, being related to multiple licensed cosmetologists, that Loreal is one of the very few drugstore brands thats as safe on hair as salon brands like Kenra. I love that this stuff smells so good. Personally I like the scent of this product even better than the kenra. It also makes my hair incredibly soft and smooth and even cuts down the drying time while also protecting my hair from heat damage. It exceeded my expectations by far and I love it. So much so that I now use it even if I'm not going to blow dry my hair. Because either way it makes my hair soft and smell amazing. I should also mention that my hair is very thick and coarse. So while I belive this product would work well on all hair types, I can only speak from my own experience. Do ya self a favor and try this stuff out. You wont regret it! 💁‍♀️ Ps. Even tho I typically use professional salon products, I love this product so much, I decided to also try out Loreal's Blow Dry Cream and their Flat Iron Spray from the same line. If they are anything like the blow dry spray, they will be amazing :D And I know what you are probably thinking, but no- I was not paid to write this review, I found it and purchased It on my own!

I love this product. Let me start by telling you that I have super fine, super thin, silky hair. It is very long, past the middle of my back. 99.9% of products, no matter how little I use will weigh my hair down and make it greasy. I have very few products I can use. In the past year we moved onto 10.5 acres of land which means we have a well with water softener. Right away I noticed my hair feeling different. I now had to switch up my hair products and started feeling overwhelmed. I need to put something in my hair especially when there is humidity, even though I have straight hair, it will pouf out a bit and stick to my face. I hate that feeling. After my regular products stopped working like I prefer, I started wearing my hair up in a wet bun every day. I decided to give the Wonder Water a try and it was a miracle product for me. But I still needed something for the blow drying and straightening process so that it won’t pouf out afterwards and keep it safe when using heated tools. I found this on an article and took a chance even though they say most blow dry spray makes hair greasy. This is not one of those products... I spray about 6-8 sprays, and my hair smells soooo good and even when it rains it fights off the humidity, while making it super soft and shiny. I usually buy the more expensive type products from salons or Ulta, not anymore! My two new favorite products! They better never change the formula. I have already bought these products for my sister who has insanely thick hair. She loves it and said it made her hair dry so much faster. I, myself, don’t know about the drying part because my hair has always dried pretty quick being so fine. Especially for the price... I don’t think you will regret giving this a chance.

This is a hidden gem! It smells wonderful and reminds me of the beach, but isn't too strong. It's lightweight and doesn't make my hair greasy feeling or weighed down. This product does what it says it'll do and that's to cut down on dry time with the blow-dryer. It also gives my hair a subtle shine so my hair looks healthier. I'm a salon blonde haired gal, so it's important for me to keep my hair healthy while using heat tools. I use it before I put on other hair products because I feel like it locks in a little of the moisture so my hair doesn't get that fried, brittle feeling after too much heat. I also like that it DOES NOT make my hair go limp. My hair still has volume & will hold curls/waves when I use this. It's very affordable and I'm on my second bottle. I'll keep using this.

Let me start out with saying this product does what it claims to do: Speeds up drying time and protects your hair while doing it. The problem for me, and why I won't be getting any more, is that it accelerates how quickly my hair gets greasy. This is the first time I've tried this type of product so maybe that's just what of any of these blow dry primers would do with my hair. I sprayed maybe half a spritz on my fingers and worked it through my hair with my hands instead of spraying directly. Usually my hair only gets noticeably greasy an hour or two before bed. When I was using this stuff I was lucky to make it out of work before that happened. My hair(for reference): Very fine, dense, straight hair. 4-5" long during the time I was using this product. Hair shampooed daily. Male in his late 20's if that makes any difference.

ETA: why oh why do they cancel the good products? There was nothing better than this. Not even the high end products. I honestly can't live without this stuff. It does cut drying time in half. But for me it makes my hair sleek and very manageable while drying. I have used Kenra blow drying spray, and if I could afford it, I'd probably use it too. But honestly, this is just as great if not better for my hair. I've used other blow dry products and this is always the one I go back to. I've used Chi, the one in the pink bottle and countless other drugstore brands and nothing compares. I have this on auto ship now. I will agree with some others that say to be careful or it could make your roots greasy. I don't have that problem, my hair is pretty thick and on the dry side so I just spray it continually while I'm drying my hair and it makes my hair tame, sleek and shiny. The price can't be beat. I only wish I didn't have to keep buying so many plastic bottles. If only there were refill options in less packaging.

Normally I don't write reviews, but I have really bad back issues that makes it's very difficult to stand for more than 10 mins at a time. I also have long, wavy hair that is usually really really dry and frizzy after I blow dry it. It cut me down to about 6 mins of drying time with the blow dryer from the usual 10-12 mins it would take me, not only that but it made my hair SUPER soft, silky and shiny and didn't feel greasy at all. Use it sparingly and just don't spray it on your roots but even after I blow dry my hair I usually have to straighten it with a flat iron, this stuff made straightening my hair a lot easier and it even holds curls well a day or two later. I even feel like it may have helped keep my hair from getting greasy 3 days after washing it so now I only have to wash, blow dry and straighten my hair every 4 days which is a huge win in my books.

I saw an ad for this product in a magazine and as someone with curly hair who always blow dries it straight I was intrigued by a product that claims to save time while blow drying hair so I thought I'd try it out. It also protects your hair from the heat. The product is ok. It does cut a bit of time off of my drying time but not sure it's enough to really say it works. It smells ok and doesn't leave my hair feeling like there's any product in it. It's too early to tell if it's really helping to protect it from the heat but it seems to be doing the job. Not sure if I'll buy it again. I've only been using it for a month so will use up the entire bottle and see.

I have naturally curly, thick hair that I straighten when a hair dryer and flat iron. After shampooing and conditioning I read the instruction in the bottle that said to apply to clean hair. So I didn't put any of my normal hair product in my hair, just sprayed a bit of this on before I began blow drying. This product says it cuts down drying time and hair did seem to dry a bit quicker but what was really great about this product was how smooth, soft and shiny my hair was when I was done blow drying. I was surprised now nice my hair looked without using any product (other than this spray). I didn't even need to flat iron my hair when I was done drying it. The next day my hair still looked great and I didn't need to wash or restyle. The spray does leave a bit of a perfume scent that I could smell for a few hours after I had dried my hair but I didn't find it to be overwhelming. With this product I'm actually looking forward to the next time I shampoo and can use it. I'm also looking forward to saying goodbye to all the other products I used to put in my hair to style.
