I need to replace a caster already. Where can I get them?

I ordered casters from McMaster Carr .

How can i contact pro lift about warranty? Or what size are the casters so i can order replacement?

how tall is it when its in "step" mode?

Just measured mine. 16.5" when in step mode. As an FYI make sure to tighten the casters if you buy one. Mine were loose and one broke. I ended up replacing them all with nicer ones from a blue big box home store.

Anyone else's rock when used as a stool? Mine has two different types of rubber stoppers on the bottom causing the wobble.

No mine doesn't rock or wobble. But I am not that thrilled with it. The "step" is really high. It is not very easy to step up that far.
