I was thinking that I could open and close my case and get the buds quickly when I brought this, but that's not the case. I fold mine down to access the buds like in the second pic. I would leave my case like that but then it doesn't feel as secure or as safe with the case up. I just wish it was made some way where I could open and close the case without having to take it out or flip it down. My friend had her air pods in a case that allowed her to do so without all this trouble and that's what I thought I was getting.
