Great product for my dog gate application.
Installed on 30" tubular metal gate from Lowes . Very strong magnet latches gate immediately. Pin retracts when gate is open. I really like the compact size which is smooth and unobtrusive and won't catch on hands or clothing-unlike standard gate latches Gate hinges are self closing with adjustable tension. Mind the gap for 3/4" opening. Appearance is attractive. Appears to be durable Easy to operate with automatic closure

Solid latch. Easy, sleek. A little loud closing.
Very happy with it. Feels sturdy, secure, easy to use. Only small complaint is that it's quite loud when it snaps closed. I may try to put a small piece of Padded tape inside to cushion it. Install was very easy, the screws actually work well. They are self tappers, and not cheap junk screws like what comes with most things these days. Using it for a dog gate and I'll probably get another in the future for a baby gate.
