Had maybe a 3-4mm weak cry of a flame that barely got things hot at max setting. The water meter tube as per the other reviewer there was clogged with rust as i discovered during my breakdown.So, I took the cover off and noticed that all of the pressure tube fittings were rusted to an great degree and that the water level tube was clogged. took out all of the components involved with the electrolytic chamber and cleaned them with some minor elbow grease and CLR inside and out followed by a thorough rinse.(as best i could with the welded shut enclosure.) I made sure treat each now clean threaded and rusted with rust preventer. I reassembled everything, made sure the pressure safety sensor worked as designed, inserted the tubes back to their mounts and covered everything with teflon tape to help seal everything better before screwing the hose/tube mount nuts back on.End result;Now i get a 10-20cm flame with the same NaOH solution that can melt copper and high grade ceramics. I put the flame on a piece of blended TiZrCi ceramic and the surface melted in to a glassy finish. Works wonderfully now that the factory lack of QC/QA issues have been fixed.Downside... honestly if one does not do home refurbishing/repairs to clean out the rust, add teflon tape etc this thing can be dangerous. there is a lot of rust... enough to potentially interfere with the functioning of the safety valve. once it and a bunch of the metal involving uncleaned burrs is gone the machine is superb for the price, but as is i do not recommend it to amateurs. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Quality assurance could be better but the machine itself works well *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on September 21, 2020* The water level indicator was not working on mine and it overflowed I had to take it apart and clear out the pipe fitting which was clogged with corroded bits of metal.I recommend doing a dry run to rinse it out and make sure everything's clear.
