I could never drink tap water even if I live in scottish highlands where they say the water supply is healthy. We saved a lot of money and effort since we bought it. The water tastes good. And I really feel better. I am very happy that I bought it. I have seen a negative feedback and I must say it's probably payd.

A: What do you mean by softening the water? Is it a water source? The RO system can't be used on this alkaline water ionizer.

A: Yes , it is attach to the sink taps, filling a bottle is as fast as filling a bottle directly from the faucet.

**Q: The ionizer has a waste pipe. What is it for  - does the ionizer produce alkaline water as well as acidic water (can be used for cleaning etc)**
A: When you choose alkaline water, the main water pipe will flow out alkaline water, and the waste pipe will flow out acid water.
When you choose acidic water, the main water pipe will flow out acidic water, and the waste pipe will flow out alkaline water.
However, the parameters of the acid-alkaline water flowing out of the waste pipe cannot be compared with the parameters of the acid-base water flowing out of the main water pipe

The product is easy enough to use, although I have found that when the water is running, if you touch the nozzle you will get a shock, with quite a zap… has anyone else found to have this?
