Can this be used on type i to type iii rapids? we are beginners

They recommend flat lakes and not rivers for this kayak. I’ve done both and because this kayak is high pressure making it very rigid, it is pretty unstable. The sides are low and it doesn’t take much to tip especially for beginners. This thing is built for speed and not stability. I have taken the tandem down the Salt River in Arizona. Class 1 to 2 mostly and have never tipped but I’ve come close. I’m not a novice and have quit a bit of experience with this particular river at least. If you want to use it mainly for lakes it’s great but beware it’s not very stable for rivers.

How stable are these kayaks as compared to regular molded models?

Personally, I don't have enough experience with hard shell kayaks to compare, however, the Razorlite, to me, feels less stable than the Sea Eagle Explorer or Fast Track models, both of which are very stable inflatable kayaks.

Are there foot supports

Yes. You can see in the picture that there's a white bar that hooks on each side of the hull right in front of the seat. That's a foot rest.

Will the seats and foot braces move so the kayak be paddled by one person.?

It has several places to hook your seat. I go one person and a dog always
