Can the PC version of GTA V be activated on Steam?

Can the PC version of this be activated on Steam? I ask because the digital Download is $59.99 and says Steam, while this $39.99 version does not.

Will it be shipped out on DVDs or Blu-ray discs?

Seven DVD's, and probably a Steam activation code. So you have a choice...install seven DVD's one at at time, or wait 10-30 hours for a 65 GB install.

Does this come with the PRE-ORDER $1,000,000 in game money ? Like the other stores offer.

I just saw this on Rockstar's blog, looks like the answer might be no."To clarify for @justwhut and others asking, the free bonus game and the extra GTA$300K via Rockstar Warehouse is only available for everyone who pre-orders the digital download of GTAV for PC (until February 1st). If you previously had preordered the physical version of the game at the Rockstar Warehouse and would like to change your order to the digital download version in order to get the free game and extra in-game money, you can easily cancel your original order and then pre-order the digital version.
