For years I wore a wonder-bra and took the padding out of one side and put both sets of padding on the other side but it never felt comfortable and I never felt feminine. Then I heard about 'chicken fillets' and decided to give Jo's bust booster a try.Some people's reviews say that they don't like the weight but if you're using them to balance up a problem like mine, this really helps to make them feel even and the movement is more realistic than the sponge types I've tried in the past. Other people's reviews say that you can't wear them all the time but I wear mine all day, every day, including to fitness classes - I think that it helps to have a well fitting bra and if you're worried about slippage you could use a double-sided tape. The side that has the bust booster in does get a little more sweaty but I think that's to be expected and it's certainly not uncomfortable or excessive. They feel a little bit hard when you first get them but mine seem to soften with my body heat.They may seem a little expensive and to be honest, I haven't tried any cheaper versions, but I've had my first set from Jo Thornton since August 2014 and the remaining bust booster split this week. As I only wear one at a time, the pair would have lasted me longer but one of them met an untimely end when my puppy digested half of it. Obviously, these are not intended for consumption and this necessitated a rather rushed and expensive trip to the vets. Needless to say, my final piece of advice is to keep these out of the reach of pets! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Winner winner chicken dinner (not) *by J***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 November 2019* After losing a lot of weight (7 stone and counting) my ample bosom has all but disappeared so after buying a few different pads to put in my bra I decided to try the original chicken fillets.They were a bit fiddly to put into my bra (one that has an internal pocket for this very purpose) and once I put my bra on they did make my cleavage look a bit more like it’s old self.However, because the pads are a bit slippery one of them had worked it’s way free (thank goodness this happened in the house!). So, as I took my bra off to reposition the pad it fell on the floor and our dog picked it up, ran away with it and hid it under the bed.By the time I retrieved it it had been mangled into oblivion. Then we had to take the dog to the vet to make sure he hadn’t ingested any of the silicon.So, I’ve decided just to be flat chested (almost) for now.My boobs did look great for the few minutes the pads were in place, just make sure that they are securely in place before leaving the house 🤪 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great secret padding *by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 March 2018* These were great. I am very small chested and so I bought them to go inside my wedding dress to give some shape across the chest. Without them the dress caved in over my (non) bust, with them the dress looked fantastic.I wore them all day and evening and the only slight downside was the colour had transferred slightly to the inside of the dress, obviously where I had gotten hot.
