Cut-out in the clear plastic is convenient to remove cards. Outer pockets are great for security cards or cards that need to removed more often. Outer pockets are great for security and privacy, can easily access one or two cards without exposing other cards. Probably can do 3 per outer pocket. No junk or filler material like some wallets.
