Perfect mix for cooking
Great product! I bought it as an emergency food, but ended up using it every day. The amount is very generous, the taste is great. I love the mix, it’s a perfect blend of vegetables without any spices, salt or sugar. The pieces are perfect size - they cook quickly and are not pure. The celery (which I hate fresh) adds a great taste. Very convenient and easy to use in soups. Thank you!

Great product, great value.
I bought this Augason Farms Vegetable Medley Blend thinking the can would be smaller, so I was a bit shocked when I pulled it out of the box; it’s much larger than I expected. That’s completely on me for assuming instead of reading the details, but honestly, it ended up being a pleasant surprise because I got far more product than I anticipated. Since it was more than I needed for just myself, I sent half to my son. He loves using it in ramen, and I’ve been using mine in tuna salad, chicken salad, dips, and various other recipes. The vegetables rehydrate well and taste fresh, and they’ve worked perfectly in everything I’ve added them to. This turned out to be a great purchase. The quality is excellent, the amount is generous, and it’s incredibly convenient to have dehydrated veggies on hand for quick meals. I’ll definitely buy this again.

Great dry...too!
I have purchased this product at least 5 times already. Its great for stews and to enhance a multitude of dishes. The taste is fresh and you can't even tell its freeze dried. My 20yr old grandson loves to eat it right out of the container. He grabs a small bowl and he snacks on it very often. He loves it dry, so why not? The nutritional value is great and so easy to prepare. I love this vegetable medley and will continue buying it.

Great is Egg dishes and soups.
I haven't tried it yet but my garden was so bad this year and I like having this to add to egg dishes, soups and camping. I can put it in the camper and forget it. I transfer it to a metal can so I won't need to worry about mice and bugs.

Glad I bought it!
Definitely comes in handy for bulking out meals! I especially like adding it to lentil and bean soup. Oh, and for a quick camping/emergency Thermos-based recipe, just mix together 1 cup of instant rice and 1/4 cup of the veggie mix in a Thermos, then pour in 1 1/4 cups of boiling broth (or water and bouillon), then put the lid on and let it sit for 15 minutes. Tasty, fast, and filling!

Get your veggies! good assortment of ingredients, decent amount of calories for sale price,
Weight is as expected. You do know that they use #10 cans as so most emergency suppliers. That means, NUMBER ten, not ten pound. The size is because it allows for continuity in storage, and allows for various volume amounts that also satisfy the weighted amounts (products are sold based on WEIGHT not volume, which means you can have a canister that appears half full, but it has the weight that is being sold). The #10 canisters are also reusable for other needs, and when still fully sealed will float and will take a lot of abuse all while maintaining integrity of the contents. I have not experienced these situations, but that is the idea across all emergency food. Next size up tends to be pails, then buckets, then simply multiples. Be smart. I buy "emergency food" when it is on sale. That's it. The whole point of prepping is to accumulate well before it is needed. I buy regular food and store it well, and only then do I add in "emergency" food. It is great that it is available, but it is fantastically expensive. Even if you dont do any real food preserving, so long as it is away from light and rats, it all will be fine for a long long time. But added assurance is with emergency branded food, and it takes the knowledge and work out of it. But even then, pay attention to prices and buy when the prices dip low. You can amass more food for your buck that way. If and only if you are in a bind (you were late to the prepping game), then yes by all means get what you can. This vegetable stew is not something I plan to open any time soon (I dont think). I buy similar dried vegetable assortments and soup blends for a fraction of a price, and just double bag it before I toss it in a dark cupboard, or with more motivation/ambition I could repackage in mylar or an air tight container. They are all the same, more or less. Difference is with the types of vegetables. I like having different brands for this reason. I use it for quick soups (just need enough hot water to rehydrate), for crock pot meals for simply adding vegetables anytime to anything whether I have fresh on hand or not. Since I was able to get this on sale at nearly same price as my non-emergency veg soup/stew products, I decided to pick up a couple of canisters to tuck away. I took a look at the ingredients and liked the assortment of vegetables (inc potato). The calories being purchased looked good too. My canisters look good, no dents. I would not have been too concerned with mild dents anyway.

Distinct flavor
I agree this product was a good value and nice product. And I purchased based on the good reviews. What no one mentioned was that it has a sweet flavor I find unpalatable in soups and noodles etc. it has a very unique flavor based on my personal preference that I don't like.
