I would assume any USB adapter would work even if you have 220 power as most adapters can do both 220 and 110 but you would have to look at the adapter. **Q: How many modes** A: Two modes high mode - spotlight (1650FT) low mode - spotlight (825FT) **Q: Does this led light recognize/take advantage of 'quick' or 'fast' usb chargers?** A: A higher MAh charger will charge it up quicker. And im not sure what Mary got....but it's far brighter than any regular flashlight i've ever seen. **Q: 6,000 Lumens is quite a claim. Does it really achieve this brightness?** A: This light is not only seriously bright, it is dangerously bright, like Anti-Aircraft spotting, or blinding somebody you knew was going to attack you, might even be too bright for city use, waiting for new or no moon to fully test but it lights up bright a block away.
