They requested that we take the mirror down and show them the wiring, we had the contractors come back and remove the mirror so we could send pictures of the wiring. They then asked us to take it down again and remove the back to show them the wiring inside the mirror. I am not an electrician and refused to take it apart. I contacted amazon and since it was over 30 days since I bought it they could do nothing. It was over 30 days it was 35 days!!!, what kind of company doesn’t cover anything longer than 30Days? I am not happy with this product half a lighted mirror is not what I was looking for. I can’t tell if it was fog free since it was removed before the bathroom was finished. 🙁 ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not good for makeup application *by E***A on Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2020* The lighting is very white and unpleasant. It would be good for makeup application but it doesn't get bright enough. If you're going to be applying makeup in this mirror I would recommend one where the brightness could be adjusted. If makeup isn't your primary concern I would recommend one with warmer lights, or at least one where the light tint is adjustable. If you like the cool ligit's ok. And don't need it too bright then its ok. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Modern elegant bright mirror *by L***I on Reviewed in the United States on April 23, 2021* Very Worthy mirrror! The lights are very bright, it is very modern to match my remodel bathroom. It is also very secured it has 4 secure spot so I tested by pulling it shaking it and the mirror stay steady. It took sometimes to install it as we couldn’t see the holes for the secure places.
