Very funny, works well, a little delicate.
Yes super fun, the button to action the fun is a little delicate but its working so far. and the battery compartment opens alone but still think its very fun refresher.

Big but Super Refreshing
We bought three of these misting fans for our summer vacation, and they came in really handy. They’re a lot bigger than we expected, about 11 inches tall, which is both a pro and a con. On the plus side, the size means they hold a lot of water and we never had to stop to refill them. On the downside, they can get a little bulky and tiresome to carry around all day. The mist is strong and kept us cool when the heat got rough. The bottom screws completely off, which is kind of a weird design choice. I can definitely see it leaking if the rubber washer wears down over time, but ours didn’t leak during our trip. Overall, they worked well and were a lifesaver in the heat, just be ready for the size.

Worked pretty well
This uses 2 batteries to run the fan, which has 1 wind speed setting, then has a manual pump for the mister. The unit performed well and was more effective than a different unit we bought for the same event. While another unit we bought had 3 speed settings and the mister was automatic (not manual pump), the other unit struggled to maintain the higher wind speed and the mister was too fine to be effective. So for this unit, while a simpler design with more basic features, overall we found it performed better as it was more consistent/reliable and ultimately more effective in keeping us cool.

Great mister fan
Bought this for a beach trip with a baby. No regrets. Cools great. Multiple speeds. Easy to throw in a bag.

"Cooling" spray?
Soooo ... It's been hot!! Close to 100* these days ... now if you're swimming off your boat in the evening and splashing in the lake ... it's pretty nice!! But what if you're one that is stuck on the boat and not in the cool, refreshing water? After seeing these spray fan bottles (that you can actually put icecubes in with your spring water) ... I bought 3 and planned on getting more! Batteries in ... check! Ice in ... check! Cold spring water in ... check! We're all set!! Well ... first off ... the battery compartments wouldn't stay closed ... and the batteries kept falling out! Ahhhh ... no cooling fan! 😔☹️🥵 Well ... Nothing a strip of black electrical tape won't fix! 🤣Right? 🤭 Soooo ... after taping all the batteries in place, and turning on the fan ... next I tried pushing the spray lever ... and was expecting this amazing, cooling experience ... but only this little tiny spray mist came out! The fan even seemed to slow down with just a squirt! I had to hold the bottle just inches from my face to even feel anything! (Well, this can't be right! Let's try another one!) 🤔🤷 The next ... and the next ... were all the same! 😳🤔🥵 I'm not sure what I was expecting ... but these spray bottles did NOT deliver! We were all so disappointed that evening! No one used them on the boat ... and we ended up dumping the water and ice out after the boat ride was over! Guess I'll try another kind of spray bottle/ fan! The "swamp cooler" idea is a great concept ... but these bottles did not deliver!! 🥵🥵🥵

Some unfortunate design choices
It's functional enough for the price, but there are just some rather bizarre design choices that I wasn't aware of when I purchased this unit. First off, the battery slot has an extremely weak plastic tab holding the compartment closed. It's so weak that the compartment opens all on it's own if you move the unit around in your hand even a little bit. A bit of tape as others suggested fixed this issue for the most part. The second problem is with how you fill the water reservoir. Some genius decided that the standard detachable reservoir was just too functional I guess and so they decided to made the bottom of the bottle a screw cap instead. In other words you have to turn the unit upside down, unscrew the bottom of the base and then pour water into the reservoir. This is problematic for at least two glaringly obvious reasons. 1. You WILL spill some water over the edge while filling because it is awkward to hold. Normally this isn't a problem with a detached reservoir because you just wipe it off, but there is a battery compartment downstream from the reservoir when you turn it upside down, and it has open holed allowing water to easily get in there from any spills you might make. Needless to say, tap water and electronics do not mix well and this is a terrible design decision as a result. 2. If you accidentally break the seal on the bottom cap after filling, all the water will come pouring out. There's a reason why almost all liquid containers open from the top and not the bottom, to avoid this very problem. It's cheap and it's technically functional, but you have to work with it a bit to get it there. Do not leave with young kids without supervision, because water + battery generally leads to corrosion and leakages.

Great multi purpose spray fan!
Obsessed with this! I have 3 different colors. It sprays water while fan is on or it can just be a spray bottle if you turn the fan off. The fan is very powerful it takes 2 AA batteries. I travel with it and take it to outdoor games in the summer to keep cool.

Great for summer heat
You get me through the summer heat. I would only say the annoyance for the fact the batteries can fall out easy when at angles. But I think that can just be fixed by taping with duct tape or another sting tape. If you don’t mind on occasion picking up batteries if they fall out, it does the job!!
