Can I use it on skin for pigmentation?

I'm trying to duplicate a multi-vitamin and spread my use of niacinamide to 50 mg 4x per day. What measuring spoon would be needed? I have tiny ones.

I've heard the recommendation from a pretty reliable source that to achieve a dose of 50mg, you'd need a 1/64th of a teaspoon measuring spoon. Amazon sells these in a pack of "mini measuring spoons"
