I have no idea how, I think it happened while it was in the case. Now it won't connect and I am left with one working earbud. Very disappointing after such a short time.I have had these for a week. So far I am very happy. They are comfortable, they stay in, I can run in them with no issues. I listened to them for about 3 hours straight and still had a little under 1/2 battery life left. After reading reviews for almost every single Bluetooth headphone available, I am thrilled with these! I took 1 star away because you cannot talk on the phone on these. I tried a few times and no one can hear me. Not a big deal for me since I didn't plan on using them for that anyway, but should be noted. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product but you can not listen to both ears at same time :( *by T***A on May 14, 2019* I would have given this a 5, this product would be great if you could hear both sides at same time. Both will connect to the phone but only one will play music at a time the voice and sound quality is awesome.
