Love love love this cream!!!! It seems like it is thick but it goes into your skin and leaves your hands very soft and reduces the cracks. Not oily, it is incredible!!! I’m 49 and my hands are starting to show some aging. This cream helped SO much and my hands look great.

This stuff is amazing. The first time i tried it at a friend’s house it felt too heavy and too greasy. But after a few minutes it soaked in without a trace, and after a half hour my hands went from red and chapped to soft and soothed. With consistent use this cream has completely changed the texture and resilience of my skin. Even my nails seem healthier! A little dab helps soothe rosacea flare-ups too, and it mixes nicely with my Vanicream moisturizer depending on how parched my skin is feeling. A word about the ingredients: The list on Amazon as of March 20, 2026 lists parabens as preservatives. But the tube i received had a newer (i believe) formulation with zero nasties: Dimethicone, behentrimonium methosulfate, cetearyl alcohol, ethylexyl palmitate, glycerin, isopropyl palmitate, PEG-5 ditrimethylolpropane tetrahydroxystearate, PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate, water It reads like a chemistry exam beautypedia.com give all the ingredients a clean bill of health. It's reassuring that in addition to helping my skin heal, none of the ingredients is known to be harmful.

I first tried this lotion while I was in the hospital with my son. It was fantastic so I had to buy some. It was a bit expensive but worth it! This lotion delivers! It works magic. It moisturizes well and leaves my skin soft.

Coloplast, Sween 24, Once a day moisturizing cream. I've purchased this several times, it's very good for dry skin. I would call it an ointment not a cream because it is an oily substance, however, it does rub in nicely. I use it on my feet and elbows. I apply cheap suave lotion first to moisturize then this cream to seal in the moisture. I use it morning and evenings. ADDED TIPS: If you tend to have very dry feet it's best to always wear socks, but be sure to change into clean socks when you come home, or more often if you have very sweaty feet. The same with shoes, if going places in the evening change into clean shoes, basically don't where one pair all day and night. Also, alternate shoes so they have at least one day to air out. These tips will help to keep bacteria from forming. CON: The tubes I just received (Nov. 2025) have an expiration date "2027 02-28" but the sticker that the seller or amazon placed on the tube says the expiration date is 12-30-2030. Seeing as how it's an ointment I wouldn't be surprised if it does last 5 years, I would just pay attention to the consistency.

The product works great as this is the only brand my dad will use for his back and nothing else. The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 was because when I received the package, it appeared as if it was thrown or tossed over our gate instead of just delivering it in front of our doorstep (even though the box was labeled as FRAGILE). Nothing was ever damaged (thank god), and I know it’s the fault of the shipping, never the product. I just thought I’d let someone know :)
