I am a very patient person and understand that things happen, so I sent a email to this company to rectify the situation BEFORE giving a bad review! In their response email they claim they sent me a email asking to send pictures!!! What am I going to take pictures of??? The raggedy box? And why do I have to prove that I was robbed of some five dollar lashes? If I was going to claim something missing it would of been the glue because it's the only thing worth something in this kit!!! I shouldn't have to go through this cat and mouse game with this company when I shop desertcart faithfully without ever having a problem!!! This company can keep those cheap lashes and I will gladly do my business elsewhere!!!! They have Bad customer service and this company doesn't deserve the one star that I HAD to give!!!
