What relay is needed to run off vehicle 12volt system?

240W off 12Vdc requires 20 amps. (P=IxE)If you are comfortable running 20 amps through a cheap toggle switch, go ahead. Personally, I would run a relay switch. They are only $10 and a breeze to hook up.

What front bumper will these lights fit

It's pretty compact. Worst comes to worst you could go to a hardware store or something like tractor supply and get some flat steel and some bolts and build a bracket to mount it to. It's a really nice light I was questioning how bright it would be but I am definatly happy with it. For being a small bar it is almost as bright as my 12incher.

I would like to use it as a back up light / rear auxiliary light - can I just tap into existing wiring on my jeep?

I purchased this light and i mounted it on mu zero-turn lawn mower. It is a high quality product. It is advisable to check the fuse size for your backup light circuit and the wire size too. I would advise that you run a separate power wire and a relay to power the light. use the existing backup wiring circuit to operate the relay, this way you don't risk burning up your wiring harness.
