Love this. My only knock is I wish I had bought more smaller packages. Im worried I'll get halfway through the container and it will start caking. As a rub it's top notch though. I use it on everything beef and chicken (got a secret for pork) and even use it in place of salt when boiling pasta. It adds the perfect kick to pasta water
