Do these casters use ball bearings on the swivels and on the wheels?

Do these fit the soft pad chair?

I'm not familiar with the "soft pad chair". However, caster wheels have a standard that fits most office chairs. I have more than 1 kind of office chair and the same caster wheel fits all of them.

Would it be okay to use these on wood floors? If not, can I get the link for those? Thank you

I bought these casters for use on my wood floors and purchased an inexpensive clear, thin plastic mat directly under my chair area. I roll onto my wood floor occasionally with no problem using these specific casters. It is important to replace all of the five legs of the aeron office chairs so they wear evenly.
