DR Strings HI-DEF NEON Electric Guitar Strings (NGE-10)

So cool! Strings are actually bright neon like I had hoped for. I feel like I could be in Korn or something. Really punchy sound! Sweetwater always comes through.

Quick delivery. Sounds good. Look good on my guitar. I will buy again.

Ive gotten about 5 or 6 pairs of this brand. Red, blue, green in electric, and red and blue in acoustic. They sound decent. Look pretty cool but the paint will flake off with enough play. Especially heavy strumming. But all this was expected. Was a little disappointed with the last order of green electric ones. It was missing the e string. Not sure how that happens but, it is what it is. Other than that, strings are worth getting just to add some style to your guitars

Love the neons. I’ve used DR’s coated strings on numerous occasions, and I like their warm sound, cool look and fun playability. If you’re looking for versatility, look elsewhere. You can’t play slide on these, and I don’t recommend them for blues. But, for warm rock, country and jazz, they just might be ideal. I popped the E while stretching, but DR sent me two replacements for free.

They look great at first. Sound great. Only problem I had was the green peeling off like first week in pick area. They are guitar strings.lol they do what they are supposed to.

The strings are great. Nice smooth coated finish and they match the color to my wild experimental strat. Good tone, holds tuning well and the green look really pops. The high e string is already losing lots of color, but I already knew that was going to happen as I play. It’s inevitable with color coated strings, especially bright tones like these.

Easy to install, I quickly learned I did not need a new guitar, I needed green strings. These Strings sound so great, you would not think they would sound good, you would think that they are a gimmick string set, you would be so wrong. I love to play open chords on a guitar and all the chords are in tune and sound perfect. I purchased every color they offer and know I have found my set of strings.
