If you are looking for a good health and good tasting loose tea, which is the best kind, choose Tulsi Green Tea Classic, organic blend with so many excellent properties going back 5,000 years in its history. Also comes in excellent airtight tin packaging to retain goodness and very aromatic; also contains caffeine for when extra focus is required or necessary. I really like their Tulsi Green Tea product. The taste is refreshing and calming, and it feels very light and soothing. It has a nice natural flavor, and I enjoy having it daily. The quality of the tea is good, and the packaging is also nice. Overall, it’s a great product for anyone who enjoys healthy and refreshing tea options. My small recipe: add water in a pan then add a small piece of ginger and fennel seeds in it and when it starts boiling then turn off the flames and add a tablespoon of tulsi green tea , after it cools down drain it and the tea in a cup and add some lemon juice and honey in it.

It s nice...smells good...no bitterness... I take at bed time and sleeps well... I don't know about other long term affects..I started using this just now..I love this ..even though I don't like any green tea because of the bitterness
