Is there an official list of ingredients? "Made with essential oils" is good spin but not helpful.

INGREDIENTS: Limonene (the clear liquid from the peel of the orange, food grade), C10-16 Pareth-1 (plant-derived surfactant), Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (orange), Peel Oil (plant-based fragrance)

Can this be mixed with white vinegar to sanitize butcher block counters?

I use Citra Solve mixed with white vinegar and a small quantity of water for our general kitchen cleaner. I have no information on the mixture's ability to sanitize wood. However, I do use this mixture to clean my bamboo cutting board.
