I'd keep forgetting to transfer the tape from purse to purse when I swapped out handbags, as I always stashed it in a pocket somewhere. The second time that happened I went to a JoAnn fabric and bought one that cost $2.50 and that was the cheapest one in the store. I got to thinking about it and decided to buy a BUNCH of them and thought of AMAZON!!!!! I put 1 in each purse....1 in each glove compartment in each car. Now, I'm never without one. They're a decent quality and although a bit narrower than what I was used to, they are EASY to read. They've also held up well and none of the markings have worn off. The letters and hash marks and totally distinct and easy to see...and I'm pretty hard on these things..they get used alot.
