CUTE CUTE JUMP Baby Proofing Edge Guards 6.5ft Sharp Edge Protector for Baby, Baby Proof Corners and Edges with 3M Adhesive Glue Pre-Taped, for Table, Desk, Fireplace, Furniture(Black)

No babies in my house, but my stairs to the basement have a low ceiling, with 3 spots where adult heads can bump. These edge guards were the perfect solution. The 6.5' strip, cut into 3 pieces, was just the right length to cushion those spots. The strip ships rolled up, and seemed to retain a lot of curl when removed from the box, so I re-rolled it toe other way and put it back in the box overnight to get it to lay flat. Then I just cut, peeled off the adhesive backing, and stuck it into place. There are 2 adhesive strips, so it's easy to apply around a corner,. Two of my edges were 90 degree right angles, while the third was more like 135 degrees, and these cushions readily accommodated both dimensions. There was an unpleasant odor when I put them up, sort of like wet paint, but that dissipated in a day or two. The strips have been up now for 3 weeks, in a hot, humid, non-air conditioned basement, and the adhesive has held perfectly.

The good: sturdy, flexible, thick enough to properly cushion edges, very good adhesion (I alcohol prepped prior to application), double-sided tape is pre-applied (many other similar products, "you" have to apply the tape before application), handles curves & uneven edges well. The bad: nothing to complain about yet. If something comes up, I'll adjust my review accordingly. Verdict: a good buy!! 👍

The padding is excellent and overall I’m happy with the product. My only problem has been that a portion of the adhesive did not adhere properly, and it is slowly coming off. To be fair, there is always a chance I didn’t apply it exactly right and I have the padding wrapped around the edge of a counter in a u shape. The bumper has two adhesive strips along the edges, but the center is bare so I was forced to wrap it completely around the edge in order to cover the edge sufficiently. I’m guessing this was intended for use on a ninety degree corner, so I might be pushing the ability of the product with the configuration. I will probably invest in some double sided tape to fix the problem.

Bought for protection of a machine conveyor. Still on and doing what I bought it for.

Good quality and padding for protection. Easy to apply and my 10 month old has not managed to pull it off YET lol Certainly great value and cute packaging that it was sent it.

Good but must replace often as easily breaks into pieces. Does the job. Sticks well.

Very sticky and padded. I used it to pad the metal bars going up to my daughter's bunk bed and around the metal legs of my bed that I kept stubbing toes on. Perfect solution! It stuck very well, and has stayed in place. Now my toes are saved!

The sun would hit my stair railing and make it so hot it burned my hands. I put this on the railing and it's removing the heat. The glue started lifting so I did duct tape both ends to keep it on the railing and it's working.
