Awful. The spindles kept snapping off before I was able to make them all even. Once the thin metal screw snapped off from the plastic spacer under the tile there was not much to do about it (was adjacent to tile already set. Average job but still a lot of lippage. Would not recommend. Almost need to tear up some of the large 12x24 tiles to adjust and correct the errors. Very disappointed as this was recommended by a friend, but now see lots of better designs on the market. Also, the replacement spacers take up a lot of room for grouting smaller tiles and way too overpriced for what you get!

Installed 3 x 6 glass backsplash for a customer today.....It's like cheating!! The best tile leveling system I have used yet for smaller tile. Spacing system is super rigid and keeps tiles in place, almost feels like they lock in. The screw clamping action is much better then the wedge systems for minimizing tile movement. If they made some type of gasket or buffer between the face of the spindle and the tile it would virtually be eliminated as it's not bad at all now. BEST part....no kicking or beating the spacers out with a mallet risking chipping the tile. I cannot emphasize that aspect enough. If you use those wedge systems or ratcheting systems for any length of time you will eventually chip a tile either by kicking the wedges out or by using a pair of pliers to rip out the remaining plastic because it didn't break off all the way. With these, you simply unscrew them. Great for delicate tile. I'm not sure if they will work on LFT but for smaller stuff these cannot be beat.

If only I could go back in time and reverse this purchase. As other reviewers have pointed out, the screws will strip the plastic plates if the red disks are overtightened. But once it’s been set in thinset, a large format tile takes a significant force to move upwards, even a little. So when you most need this system to level the tops of your tiles it will fail. This happened to me repeatedly with my 6”x36” planks and I abandoned the system halfway through the installation. It might work for small tiles but I will only use wedges from now on.

I was not successful in using these. A few awkward things about them. It was just easier and quicker to use horseshoe spacers and do the leveling by eye. Of course, some of these are less then perfect. Maybe if I work out better techniques someday I could use them.

Used only for one job. found some I like better.

These tile levelers are AMAZING! They make my tile installation so much easier and faster. I am very impressed.

don’t waste your money on this product. They do not work with larger towels like 12 x 24s. They will break every time. Any average skilled tile setter can lay the smaller bathrooms snd eye ball just as fast and nice
