Their sound quality was good, their design was good, their battery life seemed fine.But they were just unreliable. They cut out when my phone was in my pocket but I turned my head. My other Bluetooth earbuds don't have this problem.Also, I'm pretty sure they're not actually Bluetooth 5.0. My computer reported that they were 2.1. ### ⭐ Great sound and major dissapointment *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2019* What a disappointment, they looked great, the LED case and battery option are phenomenal the audio quality is superb but there’s a HUGE problem, they stutter, I’ve tried to solve the problem as much as I could and apparently there’s a design flaw that doesn’t allow the signal when the earbud is inside your ear, maybe the receiving antenas are not powerful enough creating a constant stutter of both earbuds, specially the left one and it also affects the right one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good sound *by H*** on Reviewed in the United States on September 10, 2019* They have good sound.
