Can the characters be removed from the elevator?

I've asked my son and he say's yes they can be alternated, I bought this for my Grandson last Xmas.

Yes, the arms and legs of all three figures (Catboy, Gekko and Owlette) move. And yes, they fit the blue, green and red seats of the vehicles of the same scale.

Does these fit together as a set of three?

They are 3 separate figures as far as I know you cannot mix and match them if that's what you mean? Each figure can be used on any of the play stations i believe. This was a present for Xmas last year.🎅👍
