My serum has gone cloudy and looks like there’s bits in it. Is this the same for anyone else? I never touch the pipette and it’s in date

I suffer from cystic acne, do i put the serum directly on the spot?

I apply the serum in my whole face. Including the spots and it works amazing. I think you can do the same.
