I like that this is a natural product which helps keep me from taking another prescription. I only need a very small dose of it. It works and doesn’t cost a lot.

I live alone and have a supplement regimen that I have been on for 10 years. I have had some health issues none currently. I take no Dr prescribed meds Have been on keto eating for one year.

I can't speak for certain if it is placebo or not, but I feel less anxious and more energetic when I take these during the day. I hear manganese is great for joint injuries, so I have been using it in the full dose to help with shoulder and knee issues. They have healed up nice, although I can't say how much of it is due to the manganese. The tablets themselves are easy to split with a pill splitter and they split cleanly, which is great. The bottle is thick glass and the cap screws on tight and securely, another bonus.

I actually use these as supplements for my Boston Terrier who is on a raw food diet.

Ojo! Son 8 mg de magnesio. Y no son capsulas, son pastillas muy puequiñas.

I have always been well hydrated but I still used to get cramps at the slightest exertion. So a friend said that manganese worked for her. No harm in giving it a go. These worked a treat, I get much less cramps now.
