Does this keep yellow flies away?

Unfortunately it didn’t work for us to keep anything away. My husband even slathered half the bottle on him and still got eaten alive by mosquitoes and black flies.

Is this a bug repellant or a bug spray or both? if so does it kill roaches?

It is a great bug repellent, but it is not for roaches.
