Paint chip or dropped?

Idk if they have a quality inspection or process before shipping out. Unboxing the wheels at the tire shop to get the tires mounted and alignment. Then seeing this crap? Make sure to check your wheels when you get them. The rest of the wheels were fine but 1.

Bought these Venomrex VR-602's for my Toyota Tacoma and it totally transformed the way it looked, plus being flow forged I won't be afraid of damaging them when off roading!
