No, it does NOT include bottom cord with the headset. It is stating it has a quick disconnect on the headset cord, but you have to purchase the bottom cord separately. It is the headset to QD only. Headset World USA

You have to buy the ones specifically for USB or buy a connector jack to connect two into one that is USB

these are not designed for use as a USB headset. I purchase the headset you mention for connection to a VOIP phone. Both are good headsets, but designed for different applications.
