I installed the mirror and then noticed a small crack which while annoying, was not an issue as its not really noticeable. Put the batt in and nothing. I contacted customer services who confirmed they could not replace it due to the fact I had already installed it which was fair enough. I then asked how we resolve the LED issue as this was my main concern. At this point I thought let me strip the wiring and check it as they were not going to replace it. Tried everything, nothing so I thought I can live with that. I get an email on Monday asking me if I wanted the unit replacing, this was a pleasant surprise. New one has arrived today, all checks done, LED working I'm a happy customer. The customer service especially from Aidan & this company is impeccable and I would most certainly purchase from them again.
