I won’t buy anything else, love this brand
Highly recommend, the only brand I buy. Affordable too! This food coloring is gel, not liquid, so it’s great for cake decorating! Liquid gel colorings can alter the consistency of frostings or batters by adding extra liquid but this gel coloring does not do that. The variety of colors is exactly what I need for at home baking. They are smaller bottles which is great for starting off but if you plan to make lots of red, green or black buttercreams/frosting, upgrade to the larger size! Those are sold individually on Amazon as well! There are coloring charts you can find online as well that show you which colors to mix from this set to get others, super reputable brand

I was a little nervous purchasing this due to the reviews of so many peoples product coming spilled & messy but I did & I got lucky I guess because my order came perfect & intact no spills . The colors are amazing I can’t wait to use them . Definitely will order again

My new favorite food coloring
These colors are amazing. A little bit of product goes a long way, and the colors are vibrant and stay bright. No yucky after-taste, either, even with the red and black. I used these to color royal icing and my cookies came out better than usual. I've also been a fan of Americolors, which is a close second to these (and much cheaper). I would say of all the food coloring I've used, this is my most favorite, especially for the yellows and blues. The only downfall is the price and lack of availability in my area (thank goodness for Amazon and online shopping so those of us in small towns can get different ingredients!)

Good colors, just some are bitter.
These were overall good colors and gave me what I needed. However, the reds turned my buttercream bitter, and I had to scrape it off and restart with a new batch with one of their other reds (I believe Super Red), which is tasteless, and I had purchased separately from these.
