Much better than a cheap touchless faucet which I installed initially. That one broke after two weeks. It turns on and of silently, not like a hammer. Has less hoses. Electronnically controlls the water flow. You can use both: the sensor and the lever to turn on and off. Easy to install. The only downside is that it does not turn on automatically when you pull out the hose.

I installed this at our kitchen sink and it works great, the water comes on, the water turns off... There are two slightly peculiar "features": One is that there is no hot/cold indicator, you just have to know the position of the handle. The other is that due to the low flow rate, it takes a long time for the hot water to get hot. Otherwise the faucet is great, now we just want motion sensors on all the other faucets in the house 😊

It's great. I bought it in 2022 but now in June 2026 the touchless stopped working. The handle still works to turn on water. Debating if I should replace it.

Love most everything about this product. Easy to install, nice motion detection. Please note if batteries aren't installed properly, WATER WILL NOT FLOW even via the manual turn on. So make sure you have batteries on hand. Water pressure is pretty good, but wouldn't mind a bit more.

Our water pressure in house is fairly high and the moen controller box evidently has troubles in mixing these. Consequently temperature regulation is poor, as in too hot then not hot enough. One thing I didn't realize is that the touchless feature only works at full flow.

I had this professionally installed so can't speak to how easy it is to install. I absolutely love this faucet though. Looks great and the motion sensor is awesome.

This faucet was installed by a reputable plumber but immediately started turning on without any reason. We immediately began trouble shooting to no avail. The sensor could not be dismantled. I called Moen but have been put on a call back next week! Have had to cover the sensor to prevent it from going on at all hours. Went through all the reviews and apparently this has happened to several people. Its a nice looking faucet but it doesn't work properly.
