    Used to secure a side gate in the open position. Position of gate exposes it to prevailing wind from South West.Impossible to dislodge the hook from eyelet when the gate is subjected to a considerable force.Likely a ' hurricane ' would blow the gate off its hinges before the hook would give out.A strong well-made quality item

    Nice sturdy long hook that I used to keep our french doors from blowing about - only came in packs of 1 so I had to get 2. They do not come with screws/plugs so you'll need to make sure you have black screws to match the hooks. I used a size 5 drillbit which easily fits in the holes on the hook and the stay. Easy to fix. Would have been 5 stars if they had included fittings.
