Would definitely recommend
I pulled my lower back whilst training during lock down. As this is a general problem area for me I expected the recovery time to be a lengthy one. But since taking these Turmeric capsules the recovery time has been reduced dramatically.

Decent turmeric capsules
These seem like good turmeric capsules. They provide 1000mg of turmeric per capsule, which is quite a high doseand they are suitable for vegans. They don’t carry the GMP endorsement mark, which is a slight concern, because that means you can be confident that you’re getting what is claimed on the label. However, these do seem reputable and they are good value for six months’ supply. Overall, a decent product which is well worth a try.

I have notice a big difference in my joint pain and I’m able to walk twice as far before I start to ache.

A safe nutritional food additive
I love turmeric as a food supplement, mainly for the anti-oxidant properties as I don’t have joint pain. The benefits of turmeric are highly beneficial, when combined with a good level of curcumin that can be helped with a good dose of black pepper..!
