GLS Audio 2ft Patch Cable Cords - XLR Female to 1/4" TRS Color Cables - 2' Balanced Snake Cord - 6 Pack

Note: I've ordered a bunch of these GLS Cords and my original review works for all of the different products. The longest I have used is 6', and all of the connection configurations. Rebuilt reconfigured my sound rack in-between tours this year. Pulled countless unnecessary feet of old black cord, marked w/ sticky duct tape and electrical tape. Added an Ebtech Hum Eliminator (8 Channel XLR) and used these GLS cables to help keep everything straight. They sound great, and the color coding makes life so much easier. Been happy w/ al of these GLS cords. They are easy to coil and the connectors feel sturdy and come in and out easily. The only bummer was finding that they offer a 2' patch cable as well. I've already wired the 3's in so I'm not going to worry about it. Good cable, good value, good sound.

Good cables, soft but durable, good connector quality for the price... colors are nice and visible in concert situations. The only downside is that it comes with two shades of blue that are very similar to each other, but that's not enough to loose a star... good overall.

I recently received these cables in, to use with my recording studio I have built on a budget. For 30 bucks, you cannot beat it with these cables. They are very well constructed, and are serviceable should something ever happen though their hardy life. Soldering looks immaculate. Delightfully colored, and hardy metal tips look as good as they sound. Light weight with strong durable tips, these could also double as a defensive weapon, like the girl from Kill Bill with the ball and chain. Except instead of a metal ball hitting your enemies in the face, they'd get a face full of XLR or TRS. After everything is said and done, you could even tie up intruders until law enforcement came with these cables. I have no doubt in their strength. A must have for any self defense or recording application.

These work excellent. I needed these shore cables for mike connections and are perfect.

Got these babies to attach more XLR Male microphone cables to my mixer & to attach to an effects processor, back to the mixer to use more effects, than just the built-in effects of the mixer. These cables are built well, & I tested all my microphones thru them, just to make sure I was not getting any noise thru them, besides making sure all my microphones are good as well. I used at least of these to test the effects processor thru my mixing, and all ran clean w/o any unwanted noise/signal problems as well. The other benefit is the multiple colors, since it will help me match up my microphones on stage to the channel I am using on my mixer. I like to use the microphone screens that are different colors to help identify my mic w/ the channel/mic cable they are attached to. So currently, great product. I will get my first chance tomorrow, to fully test them w/ a band I am doing sound for, tomorrow night.

Works well

I've been using GLS cables since I found them here on Amazon. They have been flawless, best bang for the buck.

I bought these to replace faulty cables. The other cables had female XLR connectors that were undersized. As a result, they were loose in the connector and in less than a year in a studio rack became intermittent. This six pack of cables cost about the same as the pair I replaced. replaced another pair that had not yet failed, but are also undersized, and I still have a pair in original packaging for future use. I will look to GLS Audio cables in the future for other pro audio cable. Great products at excellent prices.
