This has a built in tank under the poncho fabric. There is not a lot of wiggle room if you have a little tummy or a long torso. I wear a 18/20 so I ordered a 2x. I am 5’4” and about 200lbs. It just fits, however if I were to order another one I would size up. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it to work.
