How do you anchor it on patio?

You need to provide some fairly strong solid supports like 6" x 6" posts or a tree to fasten it to. You may find the hardware a bit undersize if it comes with any.  Get some good strong 3/8" or 1/2" screw eye hook lags that screw into the post, or drill all the way through the posts and put an eye hook bolt with nut and washers.  The sudden winds nowadays will bash it pretty badly at odd times so prepare for that by using strong anchors.  You may be able to fasten the high side to the house or porch if it is a strong installation.  Stay with fairly sturdy stuff, not just 3/16" or 1/4" eye hooks.

I did not use Posts, this Tiny Garden Patio did not have space for posts yet needed SHADE from E to  W Dallas, TX sun.
I had 5 U Brackets strategically screwed onto home's South side just under the overhang.
then I had a 2 blocks made. They were screwed down into the Top of my -8' fence with 3" galvanized screws; 
to these blocks 3 more brackets were mounted with 4- - - 1.5" galvanized screws.
I have 2 triangles + 1 rectangle  Sun Shade Sail in a 10x11 foot area. Over lapping for Extra East to West Sun Protection.  Dallas, TX
Yesterday a guy friend was over & with his help we positioned the 3rd sail after  pondering & a few more Bungees.
Putting the sails up overlapping does require out of the box thinking . . . .
I LOVE my 3 Sail Shades & so do my flowers & Kitty Cat. 
The rectangle is in the Middle the Triangles on Top & 1 on Bottom in contrast Positions.
Each sail:"fixing ring" attaches to U bracket with sturdy Bungee Cords.  
I used all sizes of bungees some doubled & tied through ring - then 2 bungee hooks go on U bolt.  
Works PERFECT allows sails to move, flex as needed, yet be stretched out perfectly as you want.
2 Brackets were also mounted mid way down my fence along 2x4 - when rain or bad winds blow in; I move NORTH side of sails Down.
Facilitates rain to run down off shade + helps keep wind from getting up under shades.  Once storm moves off, sails dry&  back up on TOP Fence Brackets the bungees go.
Easy Breezy.
