This took about 10 seconds to install the batteries , 2 of the smallest round ones and it was ready and working. Not as nice in the hand or as good a layout as the old one but perfect for my needs and soon my hand will know its way around this. I am 80 ..Not technical ans it was easy as pie for me. Great value. so so easy to use. I highly recommend it . It is probably as good as far more expensive ones.

Essentially a perfect replacement. Feels a bit lighter than the official LG remote that came with the TV but it works fine. Has been dropped a few times without any issues. Will be back for another if it fails us, but we've had it for over a year and it's working without any problems.

Not the same quality as the LG but a lot cheaper so no complaints. Does everything as you'd expect.

Remote feels abit rubbery. But it works instantly and has the same response speed as my original one. Can't fault it one bit at all. Just gotta get used to some of the function buttons not in the same place as my other LG remote. Won't take long to get used to it, Brilliant for the price!

Great little remote. Our other one works perfectly well but all the info has rubbed off it over the years hence... Bought this expecting some easy steps to set it up but to my surprise, no set up required. Worked perfectly well on first use. Lots of 'faff' nowadays with qr codes and downloads etc. Glad to say there was no issues with it.

Exactly as described. The remote looks and feels like the original, no need for manual programming as it worked straight out of the box. Good value for money too!

It feels slightly strange in my hand compared to my original remote. Not the size or arrangement of buttons, it just feels a bit cheaper (which it obviously is). There is a slight lag between hitting a button and the tv responding. Annoying but hardly the end of the world. If you want a remote that will work straight away then this is the one for you.

Poor quality, batteries (Duracell) repeatedly popping up and disconnecting from contacts leaving it unusable until back removed and batteries pressed down again. Had to buy a genuine one in the end which works perfect!
