I have used this product for 3 summers now. I start in mid May taking2 daily pills and continue every day taking them until the end of Sept. I am now limiting my time in the sun, (unlike in the past where I was definitely a “sunbather”), and find that these pills help in both accelerating your tan in early summer, and also help in keeping a tan all summer. You do need to go out in the sun on a regular basis to keep up the tan, but not for long periods. For example, 20 minutes -1/2 hour 4-5 times per week (wearing sun lotion and not at peak sun hours) allows me to have a very good tan which looks natural, is not orange at all, but frankly is not even close to the tan on the man shown on the bottle/packaging which is totally over the top anyway. I have never had any side effects from taking these pills. I am female, White with fair/peachy colored skin that tans pretty quickly with no sunburn if I use sunblock. Once you stop taking the pills or don’t go out in the sun, your tan will fade. I recommend them highly and will continue to use them for many years. They are definitely worth the price and very easy/convenient to use.

No change in skin tone at all

At first, I was taking two a day as prescribed. I saw no results so I called them and they told me to take four a day. I have taken one and a half bottles which is roughly about 150 pills. To this date, I have so no results whatsoever.

I live in a state where the sun shines 95% of the time, so getting sun is no issue. I usually tan well with no supplements, however, I do see that after using this product, my tan is darker, deeper and more even all over. It has allowed me to keep a nice looking tan without having to tan as much as I normally do. Works well but even better when used in addition to tanning.

I order this product regularly. I am fair skin and I don't need a deep bronze tan but this product gives me an healthy tan through the year. There is no side effect and I like the subtle healthy color it does provide.

i ordered 2 bottles.after 60 days still nothing.may work for others but did nothing for me.

Didn't see any difference. Really was very skeptical upon my purchase just chocked it up to a waste of money and a failed experiment. Buy the spray tan or cream you will be much more satisfied.

Three years later: I’m still taking these pills daily and I keep a good supply on-hand at all times. If you are wanting an easy tan with NO SUN DAMAGE, don’t listen to the negative reviews, because they really do work!!! I take two or three with my lunch and two or three later with my dinner. That’s it. I don’t lay out in the sun or use tanning beds ... I just take these pills and I have a beautiful glowing tan the year around. My natural skin is extremely white ... I’m literally on the verge of being transparent, so it’s no wonder I’m thrilled with my success taking this supplement.

On 2nd bottle. Take as recommended religiously and no change in colour 😤
